Both our official trainings and custom workshops are delivered live online, through a remote conferencing platform with an official ServiceNow instructor. Our classes combine lecture-style sessions with hands-on practice in a lab instance.

For custom workshops, participants who reach at least 75% attendance receive a certificate of participation. For official trainings, progress is tracked in the participant's Now Learning account, which grants the relevant badges and vouchers when applicable.

Yes, both companies and individuals can purchase our trainings. However, purchases through the website's e-commerce checkout are only available for cards registered under an individual's CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID).

Classes alternate between lecture content and hands-on practice in a ServiceNow lab instance. Materials are entirely in English, though classes are taught in Portuguese.

Aoop Custom Workshops: all materials used by the instructor are Aoop's own, entirely in Portuguese. Our classes combine lecture segments in Portuguese with hands-on practice, and often use methodologies such as Peer Instruction and the Flipped Classroom. This format does not include a certification voucher, but all students who complete the required minimum hours receive a certificate of participation.
